All memberships are annual, starting on the date you sign-up.

Craft memberships is renewed annually.

When applying your membership will go through a verification process*.

When registering you can easily pay online with any credit card.

Professional craft memberships is paid via credit card auto-renew.

Memberships renew automatically until you choose to cancel.

All craft members must agree to the DSWAI Code of Conduct and these Terms & Conditions.

DSWAI Board of Trustees reserves the right to revoke DSWAI Craft Membership at any time due to repeated breaches of the DSWI Code of Conduct and these Terms & Conditions. You risk your membership being revoked should you not keep up your subscription and adhere to the terms and conditions. The DSWAI professional craft members register was established to promote dry stone craftspeople in Ireland. Should any member be found to be acting in a way that negatively effects this aim and/or brings the charity and it’s aims into disrepute they risk having their membership revoked.

*This process involves the supply of two contacts as character referances for your work. These can be public or private clients. Until these are verified, your application will remain unverified. Once your application is verified you will be sent a confirmation email. If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive a full refund.

DSWAI is registered in Ireland as a Charity whose primary goal is to Promote, Preserve and Educate in the Art, Craft and Science of Dry Stone Construction in Ireland.

Professional ‘DSWAI Craft Membership is granted at the discretion of the Management of DSWAI. It is not a professional qualification. DSWAI recognises work experience and provided examples of work (including references) as a means of proof of skills and ability in the practice of dry stone. Additionally, any recognised qualification in dry stone is acknowledged and pursuit of professional qualifications is encouraged by the DSWAI. The Board of Trustees and Management of The Dry Stone Wall Association of Ireland CLG does not accept responsibility for any of the work carried out by any of it’s professional members. The individual member or members firm is solely responsible for the quality of their work.
